Join a Team Dedicated to Structural Design and Innovation

At RISE, we focus on structural design, analysis, and drawing production for a wide variety of buildings. From standard structures to complex, one-of-a-kind designs and overseas plants, our projects span diverse scales and requirements—making each one a new and exciting challenge.

We take pride in building structures that are not only safe and reliable but also thoughtfully engineered to meet each project's unique needs. Our team is made up of professionals who are continuously growing through hands-on experience and a supportive training environment.

Rather than narrowing our focus to a single niche, we encourage the development of well-rounded engineers. Whether you're in your 20s or 30s just starting out, or bringing years of experience to the table, there's always room to learn and take on new challenges at RISE.

Our vision goes beyond Japan. As we grow internationally, we're looking for individuals who are eager to broaden their skills and be part of something meaningful. Join us and work on unique designs you won't find anywhere else.

RISE
Grow Into an Engineer Who Can Tackle Any Challenge
Our work is supported by four key pillars: architectural structural design, plant design, piping design, and seismic evaluation.
What sets us apart is the broad range of facilities we take on. Our projects span renewable energy plants—such as solar, wind, and thermal—factories, multi-story parking structures, tanks, chimneys, and even nuclear-related infrastructure. Engineers here are involved in the entire process, from design to structural evaluation.
These facilities often demand the highest standards of safety and precision, especially when dealing with hazardous or reactive materials. But you won’t face these challenges alone. We work as a team, sharing knowledge and supporting one another every step of the way.
In this collaborative and encouraging environment, you can focus on sharpening your technical skills, expanding your knowledge, and growing into a versatile engineer capable of taking on any challenge.
RISE
Big Opportunities on the Global Stage Await
Our work isn’t limited to Japan—We’re actively involved in international projects that push the boundaries of structural design. From the multi-year structural design of a railway station in Bangladesh to facilities rising from the deserts of Saudi Arabia, our work spans diverse environments and global contexts. With every project, we tailor our designs to suit each region’s climate, conditions, and structural demands.
We’ve also had the privilege of collaborating on high-profile projects led by world-renowned architects. These opportunities allow our team to take on highly creative, design-driven challenges that go beyond conventional engineering.
As your skills grow, so does your potential. You’ll take on greater responsibility and contribute to larger, more complex projects that have a lasting impact. If you're looking to take your engineering career to the global stage, this is where it begins.

Rise with Us—Become a Globally Competitive Professional

Comprehensive Training and Support System

Our expertise spans a wide range of fields—from plant design and architectural structural design to piping design and seismic assessments. Even if you're new to some areas, there's no need to worry. We offer full support from the ground up. In addition to hiring mid-career professionals, we actively recruit new graduates, which has led to the development of a strong and reliable training system.

You'll receive detailed guidance from senior engineers, with responsibilities assigned based on your skill level so you can start contributing right away. All projects are team-based, fostering smooth communication and a collaborative environment where both new and experienced members can easily ask questions and receive support.

International Recognition Backed by Real Results

In 2016 and 2023, our company received the Be Inspired Award—a global honor presented by Bentley Systems, a leading provider of infrastructure software. This award recognizes outstanding contributions to infrastructure design and development around the world.

This recognition is a testament to the dedication and technical excellence of our engineers. Some members of our team have even been invited to speak at industry seminars hosted by major structural analysis software providers. With access to a diverse range of projects, we continue to develop talent that thrives on the global stage.

A Career That Rewards Growth

We conduct annual performance evaluations every July, directly linking your development and contributions to salary increases. In addition to regular raises, we offer various allowances—including qualification bonuses, performance bonuses, and role-based incentives.

Time Off You Can Actually Take

We offer a standard five-day workweek with weekends off, and our paid leave utilization rate exceeds 80%—well above the national average in Japan. Whether it's time with family, pursuing personal interests, or simply taking a break, you'll have the time and support to step away from work when you need to.

Actively Promoting Work Style Reform

We're committed to creating a flexible and employee-friendly work environment:

  • The workday begins at 10:00 a.m., allowing for a more relaxed and manageable start.
  • This later start time helps you avoid peak commuting hours.
  • Prefer an early start? You're free to arrive and leave earlier based on your schedule.
  • Telecommuting is actively encouraged where project conditions allow.

Our goal is to promote work styles that best fit each employee's lifestyle and preferences. By offering these flexible arrangements, we're not just following the trend of work style reform - we're leading it.

Comprehensive Allowances

We provide a range of allowances to support both your lifestyle and financial well-being:

  • Housing Allowance: for employees with rent or mortgage payments
  • Family Allowance: for employees with dependents

These benefits are designed to adapt as your life circumstances evolve. Our commitment goes beyond the workplace—we aim to provide meaningful support that contributes to a stable and comfortable life both professionally and personally.

Efficient Work Practices for More Personal Time

We often hear from professionals in our industry lamenting, "Excessive overtime leaves me with no personal time." At our company, we've tackled this issue head-on:

  • Average monthly overtime is approximately 20 hours
  • We focus on efficient planning to help you leave the office on time
  • We work backwards from project goals to organize tasks efficiently

This approach allows you to:

  • Complete work within regular hours
  • Enjoy a predictable and consistent schedule
  • Have more time for personal activities

By reducing unnecessary overtime, we create a healthier and more sustainable work environment—so you can return each day focused and refreshed.

Q. What’s the atmosphere like at the workplace?

The atmosphere here is friendly and supportive. It’s a close-knit team where no one dismisses your questions—no matter how small. Personally, I’m more comfortable with analog methods than digital systems, so when I hit a wall, I don’t hesitate to ask someone nearby. There’s always someone willing to lend a hand.

Q. What motivates you in your work?

After completing the initial training period, you’re trusted to work with real projects. Naturally, with tha comes greater responsibility, and it’s not without its challenges. But that trust also pushes you to grow. It’s rewarding to see your own decisions take shape in real-world structures and spaces.
