- ■ Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher (for international applicants)
■ Academic background in architecture, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering - Work Location

- ■ Doctoral Degree: ¥275,000/month (base salary)
■ Masteral Degree: ¥255,000/month (base salary)
■ Bachelor’s Degree: ¥235,000/month (base salary)
■ Vocational School Graduate: ¥230,250/month (base salary)
■ Technical College Graduate: ¥230,250/month (base salary)
■ Junior College Graduate: ¥230,250/month (base salary)
Base salary increases starting with 2026 graduates.
※ Graduates will receive the same amount as above depending on their highest level of education
All allowances are provided during the probation period. - Holidays and Leave
