Why did you choose RISE?
RISE specializes in Structural Design and Analysis, but what makes it interesting is the variety of work it offers besides its specialty.
Working with RISE so far has already broadened my knowledge and I know I am on the path of becoming an excellent engineer.
Having a different work environment and culture than what I had been used to is quite challenging at first, but the people at RISE made me feel otherwise.
What is worth doing for you here?
Working in a company like RISE not only enables me to improve every aspect of my professional career, it also gives me the chance to return the trust the company gave me when they decided to make me a part of their team. I know that there still are many things to learn at my age and experience, but I am positive that I will get through those with the guidance of my mentors.
What do you struggle the most?
The language barrier is my biggest struggle and I know it is not uncommon to foreigners like me. It results to mistakes and understandings which affect work productivity, although this is something that can be worked on through constant practice.
